Ideas To Go announces the hiring of new Innovation Process Facilitator, Alicia Menanteau F., Ph.D.

Minneapolis—January, 2010—Ideas To Go announces the hiring of its new Innovation Process Facilitator, Alicia Menanteau F., Ph.D.

Alicia brings 17 years of research experience in academia, management consulting, qualitative market research to Ideas To Go, with an emphasis in Hispanic insights and ethnography. In 2006, she founded Insights360, and has spent much of her career helping clients with marketing, and becoming culturally relevant to, the growing U.S. Hispanic population.

"Alicia is a great addition to the Ideas To Go team. Her years of ethnography, dyads, and one-on-one work with Hispanic consumers, along with her international experience really elevates what we can offer clients as experts in the Voice of the Customer," said Ideas To Go President Charlie Hartwell.

Alicia received her Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Chicago, specializing in cross-cultural ethnic research on issues concerning reproductive health, gender and AIDS in Mexico. She is fluent in Spanish and French, and conversant in Portuguese and German, and has conducted projects in the pharmaceutical, financial, energy and CPG industries in Brazil, Argentina, China, Germany, The U.K., The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore and Philippines, among others. In her free time, Alicia enjoys biking, running, and adventure tourism, and is working on a second CD of Latin love songs.
