Become a Creative
Consumers® Associate
Take the creative screener to see if you qualify!
If you are interested in becoming a Creative Consumers® associate, you are in the right place! Join ITG's national panel of consumers and get paid to provide your ideas and perspectives in ideation sessions with the world’s top brands.
Our Creative Consumers® associates (CCs) are creative, imaginative thinkers who like to think deeply and solve problems. They are great at working collaboratively, are capable of generating lots of possibilities in a short amount of time, are willing to share their thoughts and behaviors across various topics, and are obviously creative!
Why Be a CC?
Get paid for your ideas, thoughts, and opinions.
Expand and develop your creative thinking abilities.
Engage in creative activities and thought processes beyond your day-to-day job.
Collaborate with other bright minds like you!
When Will You Work?
Qualifying surveys are sent out frequently—the more you respond to, the more likely you are to work a project! While some things are out of our control, most Creative Consumers® associates can expect to work between 2-12 live sessions each year. So this is not a full time position, but it is a fun opportunity to get paid to think creatively!
What Will You Do?
The role of a Creative Consumers® associate in any given engagement can vary, but here are a few things you can expect:
2-4 hours of homework prior to any session (you will typically have 1 week to complete this).
Share your homework output in a group setting, with client teams listening and ITG Facilitators asking you follow up questions.
Work with client teams and other Creative Consumers® associates to solve problems and generate new ideas.
Respond to surveys asking about your existing behaviors, habits and more.
Where Will You Work?
Short answer: virtually or in person.
Online projects require you to be on camera with a stable internet connection. We typically use Zoom, mixing things up between large group work and breakout rooms with 2-3 people per room.
In person projects may be in your local city, but some require travel. If this is the case, your travel will be accommodated, and you will be paid for your travel time (on top of what you will be paid for during the session).
