Working to reimagine the shopping experience in-store and online, this ITG Excite story expanded on current consumer behaviors to develop new and differentiated concepts. Those concepts were then shown to a series of focus groups for additional refinement.
Working with an existing technology, ITG sent working prototypes to a group of Creative Consumers® associates. They tested the product, then worked with the client team to generate unique ways of communicating that technology in consumer-friendly ways.
This ITG Excite story from Beth Storz involved Creative Consumers® associates going to their local stores to experience the product and create initial reaction videos. From there, the clients and consumers worked to develop various Insights, Benefits, and Reasons To Believe for the product.
In this Excite story, ITG worked with Creative Consumers® associates to develop consumer-friendly language for a new technology in OTC medication. Through an in-depth product-briefing, collaborative prep-assignment sharing, and ideation sessions; themes emerged and narrowed into several test-ready concepts.
